“Yes, Yuuri,” he says and moves to brush his lips across Yuuri’s temple.
He can’t bring himself to pull away yet. Pulling away would mean he’ll have to go back to his room and sleep alone knowing that a few floors down the man whose Words he has on his chest is asleep.
“I’ll be yours for as long you want me to be.”
A silence settles over them then and he wonders if Yuuri finally fell asleep but when he pulls away Yuuri is looking at him with the softest expression he’s ever seen and he finds himself hopelessly lost in those eyes. Yuuri reaches up after a moment and caresses his cheeks with a kind of reverence that leaves him breathless.
“Forever then,” Yuuri murmurs.

Or a soulmate au where they meet, Viktor's immediately smitten, mistakes are made along the way and they discover that even though fate brought them together, love isn't easy but oh is it worth it.

Victor was insanely pretty. His silver hair fell perfectly over one eye, the other side pinned up with bobby pins. He was in a varsity jacket, black and white with flowers in blue and pink embroidered across the front of it. The zipper was open, showing off his broad and muscular chest under the white t-shirt. His high cheekbones were dusted pink, as well as the tip of his nose, lips pale pink and so kissable. Reality crashed over Yuuri fast. Oh, he was here to kiss Phichit.
“Hi!” Phichit said, and Yuuri saw him fidget in a way he had never seen before.
“Hi!” Victor said chippery, bright blue gaze falling from Phichit to Yuuri. His cheeks coloured even more. “I’d like to kiss Yuuri, please.”
“Oh,” Yuuri said, feeling his stomach fill with butterflies because how many times had he thought about Victor saying those exact words. Still, it was Phichit’s booth and… “I’m not—”
“Oh would you look at that, I have an incoming call!” Phichit shouted, loud enough to make Victor jump and cut Yuuri off completely.

Summary
About half of the population had a soulmate, and some of the things they wrote on their skin showed up on the other ones in the same place. Not all got transferred however, so holding conversations was practically impossible. Yuuri and his soulmate had tried a few times in their teens, but it got chopped, and some messages never came through at all, leaving for strange conversations and a risk of misunderstandings.
Luckily, Yuuri’s soulmate wrote a lot, even though most of the things that got through to Yuuri were doodled hearts, strange sketches, phone numbers and appointment notes. Yuuri wasn’t sure if it was because his soulmate was forgetful, or if they just didn’t know how to work their phone calendar, but they wrote down a lot of appointments on their arms.- Language:
