“Why are you here?”
He shouldered past her, disregarding her objections and her weapon, carrying a platter and a pitcher. Over his shoulder she could see guards. “Isn’t it regarded as a blessing to visit the mad?”

Summary
Molly and Sherlock have gone their separate ways post The Final Problem. Several months later they are forced to come together due to terrible circumstances. Things are not the same for either of them. Unresolved issues aside, they both now have something or rather someone else in common. Will Molly's secret destroy them or would it act as the catalyst that Molly and Sherlock so hopelessly need?
