Summary
Dimension hopping Rose Tyler gets stuck in a universe that still had Time Lords and is taken to Gallifrey by the Celestial Interventions Agency.
A young CIA agent Operator Narvin, soon finds out the young twenty year old he’s just taken in doesn’t know she’s a time lady or that she’s half Gallifreyan. More than that it turns out her father was a chameleon arched version of himself from her own universe. There are a lot of things this young time lady needs to learn and it would be highly irresponsible to just let her go on her way. So since she is still considered a minor on Gallifrey until the age of one hundred as the closest thing to her father in this universe he takes responsibility for her in locum parentis. He didn’t expect the paternal feelings that come with it, and is soon left wondering if he’s bitten off more than he can chew.
