Summary
When Robby gets invited to hang out with "The Cool Kids," or rather to chaperone Dennis, things get a little heated between them. They very decidedly do not end their night at the club.
OR
I just wanted a fic where Robby did poppers, and then it spiraled.

Summary
Lian's hair was blue. Roy was always calling Jason “Jaybird.” The name Project Bluejay wasn’t a very good name. It wasn’t a very good code phrase at all, really, but it was the first thing Lian thought of. Shitty name or not, they were stuck with it now.
CODE: Project Bluejay
OPERATION: Whatever Lian and Jason discussed, it stayed between them.~Or~
5 times Lian turned to Jason when she couldn't turn to Roy + 1 time Jason turned to her.Bookmarked by Tired_Bi_Myself

[ “You ever seen the one where the guy puts the cigarette out on his tongue?”
If he hadn’t already taken the cigarette out of his mouth, he would’ve lost it with the way his jaw drops. March splutters. Healy looks absently concerned. March coughs. “He does--. He does what?” ]
Or, the "can yuo put that out on me" meme but it's March @ Healy while he's smoking his cigars. based on a twitter thread

Summary
“You really think, after all we’ve seen together—hell, after all I’ve seen, you’ve got something crazy enough in your head that it’d scare me off?”
“Yes,” Robby answered, so earnest and true that it broke Jack’s heart a little.

Summary
Darnell nodded, glancing over Robby like he was trying to place him in the hierarchy of important to ignorable and it could go either way. "What's this?"
"MSF FNG," Jack shot back. Whatever that meant, he sounded amused.
Darnell scoffed and looked to Robby, expression going decidedly unimpressed. "Oh, yeah? You here to find yourself? Have an adventure? Do something hard?" he asked, each question more mocking than the last.
And there was that question again, like it was haunting Robby. He stifled his instinct to bite back and kept it simple: "I'm here to help."

Bookmarker's Notes
This is one of the most well written fics I've ever read and does a fantastic job if immersing you in the story. You are there the whole time. It's a beautiful story of care and loss and love and friendship, and how all of that must persevere in times of war. I will never stop thinking about this piece, it made me outright sob for the first time in a long time and for that I'm immensely grateful.
