From the side of her vision, she saw Rohan standing languidly, an indulgent expression playing across his infuriatingly handsome face. He shifted to stare at Savannah, a look in his eyes that could only be described as a combination of hunger and reverence. Her insides roiled, deciding to allow it. She told herself it was only to torment Grayson, but the spike of heat that pierced from her throat to stomach said otherwise. Whatever his plan was, it surely was idiotic, but she would grant him the chance to play on his whims. It did work in his favour that his honey-blood lust was rather a good look on him. From a purely objective standpoint, of course.
