Teach the Padawan:
Obi-Wan (Ben) is sent back in time when he dematerializes just before Vader kills him while Luke escapes the Death Star. Thrown back into his Clone-Wars body, the Force tells him to take his younger self as a Padawan and puts him into the Melida/Daan conflict. He helps Obi-Wan and the Young end the war by contacting the True Mandalorians, and simultaneously subverting the Galidraan disaster. When Obi-Wan receives a life-threatening injury to keep Cerasi from dying, Ben & Obi-Wan return to the temple where Ben reveals his past/future. As the new Master/Padawan pair settle back into Temple life, Qui-Gon Jinn becomes incensed by the complaint Ben lodged against him and challenges Ben to a lightsaber duel. Within the parameters of the duel, Qui-Gon must see a Mind Healer when Ben wins.Unorthodox Training Montage:
A series of non-chronological moments of Ben and Obi-Wan’s padawanship, ranging from events at the end of Teach the Padawan to 3 years after. Includes Ben teaching Tahl how to see with the Force and them getting together. Dooku figuring out the time travel. Ben & Obi-Wan meeting Feemor on a mission gone wrong. -

Summary
This series is made of the main fanfic, Tyrant of the Light, and side stories around it.
All side fanfics are canon to the story of Tyrant, so although they aren't in the main story they might be referenced and mentioned.
If you want to stick just to the main, that's fine. The rest of the series is just extra stuff, probably most of them from a POV other than Dooku.

Summary
Obi-Wan would do anything to protect his people, so he and Fox had very easily come to an arrangement that did not need to be verbalised to be obvious.
Fox would forgive the Jedi for certain breaches, extend his protection to them and offer him a few privileges, and in return Obi-Wan would provide him with a relationship as perfect and idyllic as possible to keep him happy.
It was a win-win situation.
The only problem Obi-Wan had very quickly identified with this arrangement was the following, and it was inevitable: Fox's interest in him would not last forever.

Clone Trooper Fox uncovers the truth--- Chancellor Palpatine is actually a sith lord in disguise, using his position to cause darkness in the galaxy. Following this discovery, he eliminates the chancellor, taking the position himself and directing his clone brothers in the continuing war against the Separatists.
At the discovery of the potential downfall of the Jedi, Obi-Wan feels coerced into a sexual relationship with the newly minted Chancellor Fox. He continues on in the relationship, regardless of how he feels about it as he feels like the Jedi Order's well-being relies on him continuing to have a sexual relationship with Fox. When Fox suggests a break, Obi-Wan is terrified about how it will affect the Jedi.
While on their break, leader of the Separatists, Count Dooku, calls for a cease fire so both sides can negotiate an end to the war. In addition to the cease fire, he requests his former Grandpadawan, Obi-Wan be involved in the talks. Obi-Wan must interact with Fox while they are on a break in order to end the war.

Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon go into Coruscant incognito in order to buy a new teapot, after Obi-Wan Force-pulled it towards him and caught the teapot with his face- breaking the teapot and earning himself a bruised face. Going into the city in normal clothes, Obi-Wan calls Qui-Gon his master. Some well-meaning customers at the tea shop overhear and assume Obi-Wan is a slave. They call the police and Qui-Gon is arrested and Obi-Wan is taken to the hospital, no matter how much he protests and tells them he and Qui-Gon are Jedi.
Panicking and no one listening to him, Obi-Wan shuts down at the hospital. Meanwhile, Plo and Mace were bemused that Qui-Gon managed to get himself arrested before quickly sobering when they realize that Obi-Wan was separated and in distress. They bring Qui-Gon to the hospital so him and Obi-Wan can reunite.
