Even in his half asleep state Patrick is conscious that anyone calling in the dead of night must have a good reason. He really hoped that it wasn’t one of his parents, but then again who else would call him in the middle of the night, it must be an emergency.
He manages to grab the phone and he blinks a couple of times at the screen until his eyes focus on the name on the caller display, when he sees who is calling, his blood runs cold.

“I mean, yeah, I probably have the album,” David replied, a bit unsure of the point.
Patrick cleared his throat again. Poor thing, whatever he was trying to articulate was clearly not coming easily. “No,” he half-laughed. “I meant we have leather, and we have lace. You have a couple jackets, you know? And the, ah, lingerie.”
