It was too late to stop herself from crying, all the thoughts hit her like a bus and didn't even hesitate. It wasn't just one or two tears, Robin was full on sobbing at the distress plaguing her mind. It only got worse due to the fact that Robin has a shift in three hours and this feeling has been stalking her all day, from the moment she got up to the second she started thinking about it all. There was this small part of her that was swearing at herself for getting upset now, she had to go to work but that would be rendered moot if she is balling her eyes out.
And just on cue, Nancy had gotten back from her shift, keys unlocking the door and the sound of the rusty hinges snapped Robin out of any thought and tugged her down into flat out panic...
