A simple phrase that Jay tells her as common as if it were a greeting, but to her, those words always found themselves caught in her throat when she tried saying them back, fearful that her first time saying it would be her last. Instead, she opts to express her affection in other ways.
Or, 3 times Nya did something in place of 'I Love You', and one time she didn't.
