Hisa Sato had everything perfectly figured out.
Her life in Konoha was going exactly according to blueprint. She successfully graduated dead-last at the Academy, mastered the art of looking profoundly exhausted, and perfected a slouch that made her physically invisible to anyone seeking a capable ninja. With her midnight-blue hair casually tied back in half-braids and her dark purple eyes permanently set to a sleepy glaze, she was on the fast track to a cozy, zero-risk career in civilian inventory management. Her retirement plan of continuing her parents restaurant was practically signed, sealed, and delivered.
Everything was perfect and good in her life... until she got assigned to Team 7.
