Cal doesn’t look at him, eyes instead on Koboh’s horizon. The sun is setting all pretty-like, bathing the sky in oranges and purples. A truly beautiful sight – the sky is. Bode doesn’t think for a moment he wants those eyes on him. Nope, not at all. He doesn’t want to watch them grow molten in the light like they’re wont to do, green and gold flecks like precious stone.
