Dean laughs internally. Imagine that, confessing the sin of a lifetime to a literal Angel of the lord.
Or, Dean's always been hungry. He's always a glutton for Sam's attention; it's not until they're facing off Famine that he realizes how literal that is. He panics.

Summary
The initial email was innocuous enough to a casual observer: A young couple wanted to move in together, but the girlfriend had a dog and the boyfriend was deathly afraid of dogs. Normal therapy would take too long, and they’d apparently gotten a glowing recommendation for Dr. Wells from a friend of a friend.

Summary
Dean fucks up a lot; he knows he does. Drinks too much, shouts even more, and doesn’t know how to grieve without some unholy combination of the two. Uses his fists before his words, his rage before his reason. Sees a little more of his dad in the mirror every day and doesn’t like the look of it.
This isn’t a new problem, but it causes new complications.
