In this alternative universe the young Gale Dekarios fell from the grace of Mystra... and into the flowing goblet of Dionysus, God of excess, madness and ecstasy, and fine goods such as wine. Upon proving his loyalty, Dionysus selected Gale as his Chosen and by extension, lifted him as his Demigod of Hope. For years Gale enjoyed his newfound capabilities and freedom; he obeyed his God as a loyal and worshipping Maenad, or devotee.
Until the Nautiloid.
Now, stripped of his celestial authority, Gale endures the limits of the mortals while secretly questing for a way back into the Light.
