    “I’ll ask you one more time. What. Did. You. Put. In. Nightwing.” He punctuated each word by jarring the knife still embedded in the man’s shoulder. He caught Tim grimacing out the corner of his eye, but nodded in satisfaction when the kid remained silent. Good. Because Jason didn’t think he could hold himself back if he tried. It was all he could do to ignore the green roaring in his ears, demanding he kill the man for touching his brother.

    “T- truth serum,” the man gasped. “We gave ‘em truth serum.” Fuck. Jason slammed the man’s head violently against the concrete and dropped the limp body. He pushed past Tim, intent on catching sight of his brother and checking his condition.
