Dean’s hands are clutching the white porcelain sink as he looks at himself in the mirror, repeating his mantra over and over and over again. He can feel his own blood dripping down his arm and into the sink, a stark contrast to the blinding white. He can taste the stale whiskey that he chugged earlier when he felt the panic setting in. He can feel the Mark of Cain pulsing under his skin, whispering in his ear, telling him to kill.
Or, a Dean Winchester character study with his relationship to his own pain.
