The Antikytheran-like man continues reading through the digitized logs impartially, as if merely reciting a speech. But every single word he says drives another stake into Mydei’s heart.
Mydeimos the Undying scarcely bowed his head, rarely lowered himself onto his knees, and never, ever begged. And yet he finds himself doing all three things now, before the broken shell of his beloved.

Jin Cheonhee has been going around offering his medical expertise and learning. It took him quite a bit of time to convince his master, Jaegal Lin, to let him leave the White Dragon Clinic but he managed.
He was currently traveling through a forest but he heard yelling in pain. Naturally, he went to see what's wrong. What he finds is a man with a broken leg.
Since Cheonhee is a doctor he introduced himself and offered to help free of charge. Once his help was accepted he set the bone and wrapped the leg.
Though something happened. As Jin Cheonhee wrapped the leg he felt a hand on his shoulder.
“There’s a place that needs your kindness, you should go there.” The man said.
Before Cheonhee could question he felt the pit of his stomach drop and black clouds his vision.

“Robin?” Danny’s eyes widened and he actually looked at the uniform the hero wore. Yellow cape, red armour and the goddamn ‘R’ emblem over his heart. “Shit, really? But I thought Robin was in Gotham?”
The teen scoffed, turning away from Danny. “Yeah well, shit happens. Now Robin’s dead.”

OR: When the warehouse blows up, Jason finds himself adrift in the Infinite Realms, alone, angry and searching for a way back home. Instead, he finds a portal to Amity Park, with a pair of mad scientists and their reclusive kid, as well as a spritely ghost vigilante haunting the town.
With the help of Phantom, and a newfound mentorship with the Fright Knight, Jason intends to bring himself back to life (and to Gotham) by whatever means necessary.

Summary
After leaving his original dimension for his own safety, going off the rails in grief for a period, and finally processing enough to be mildly human again, Danny is ready to give this whole 'living' thing a try again.
He's in Gotham, in a dimension that he's grown fond of, and trying to lay down roots so that he can survive comfortably. Unfortunately, he can't recall how to make friends. Also, he doesn't want anyone to know he's actually dead because what if something like the GIW happen here?
Regardless, if he wants to stay, he needs to have a support circle to help his obsessions from ripping his mind from him again, which means he needs to befriend people, which means he needs to figure out how to speak to the Bats of Gotham.
This would be easier if there wasn't a cult trying to bring in ghosts from the Infinite Realms to cause havoc and give Danny a bad name.
