Draco is a child raised in a war that has cost him everything. Delphi is a ray of sunshine in an otherwise bleak world. Voldermort tries to co-parent and isn't too bad at it. They're all motherless children trying to claw a place in someone else's heart. The results aren't great but they're alive and getting better.
Also Harry's dead, there's a war against muggles, cities are burning and people are dying(?) by the thousands.
