Rody had no choice, he had to make sure the goods, whatever they were, were okay. So, he got on top of the large crate, cupped his hands around his face and peered into the large crack that had formed.
At first, Rody saw nothing. Nothing but an inky blackness to greet him. Then, he saw red. Something red was there and it took Rody a painfully long time to realize just what he was looking at.
An eyeball. Someone or something was staring right back at him. Their eyes were actually glowing a deep shade of ruby red in the inky darkness of the crate.
----Rody had no clue the mess he dragged himself into when he accidentally woke up Cujo from a wooden crate. Cujo was a sentient quirk? Or was Izuku the sentient quirk? They both had this weird sort of DID thing going on. It was hard to say in all honesty...

Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.

After months of torture in the name of what appears to be science… how can they return to their dream of becoming heroes? After becoming so severely trauma-bonded, what does this mean for their relationship?OR: BakuDeku are kidnapped after the war, get tortured and trauma bonded, and have to learn to cope with it and carve out a new meaning in life (and also maybe get together).

Izuku has a healing quirk that kind of makes him high when he uses it too much. Villains want him to use his quirk. He has been used for ten years and is at the end of his rope. Follow his story as he endures his time with Overhaul and eventually is rescued! Trying not to spoil too much, but I swear this is a good fic and you should read it!!
