"It's got good bones," Shane said, to everyone who would listen, forestalling their totally valid concerns about depreciation and the novelty wearing off and like, subsidence. Boring stuff that Shane did not care about today because this was Ilya Rozanov's house. This was the actual house that Rozanov lived and died in, all those years ago. The man, the legend, and now – technically, if someone wanted to think of it like that, and Shane did – the roommate!
