I couldn’t think of a good title but if I do I’ll change it
I had a realization that Vex Martyn could actually be really cool and then discovered that literally nobody has written a fic with it yet and decided to fix that
If someone has done that then I’m sorry that I missed it in my search
Anyway so yeah no Martyn gets turned into a Vex Hybrid mid Season of Wild Life and has no idea what he’s doing(and neither do I)

Summary
“You awaken in the back of a horse drawn cart. The first things you realize upon awakening are that hands are shackled before you and you’re now in a foreign land filled with dense pine trees—"
Cyno proceeds to use his shackles as a makeshift garrote on the cart’s driver to strangle him to death. It’s already been a full minute since his target’s thrashing stopped, but he won’t let go thinking that his opponent’s playing dead.
Meanwhile, Kaveh and Tighnari get into an argument over wether to make a run for it into the woods or loot the body.
Aether let out a tired sigh as he jotted down some notes, “How does Clorinde put up with this?”
After another classic Dainsleif quest, Wanderer tries to pull Aether out of his lost sibling depression by by making him GM a Tabletop Troupe campaign for the Crewmeru.
And none of them know how to play.

Summary
The peace came soft and blissful but anyone who kept aware could tell that it was only a lull. The might of Hermanubis was a temptation the Doctor found no qualm in reaching for when the body guarding it was merely human. The plan was simple, falling into place right on its own, because what a wonderful coincidence it was that Hermanubis once ruled over the Tighnarians and that the body hosting Hermanubis' spirit was in love with a Tighnarian descendant?
Hermanubis wouldn't harm a Valuka Shuna, surely. Cyno no doubt would never willingly harm Tighnari. Humans and deities alike were simple creatures, and like that Dottore ordered the first spark.

Summary
With a final wave, Ganyu turns to head back towards Yuehai Pavillion. Just as she begins to ascend the stone steps into the building, however, she hears the distinct sound of a loud splash. She turns around, perplexed, to see Aether standing in one of Yujing Terrace's ornamental ponds.
"Aether?" Ganyu calls, bewildered. "What are you—"
Aether turns around at the sound of her voice.
He is holding a fish in both hands.
Ganyu blinks once, and then twice, but the bizarre sight does not go away. Aether just blinks back at her with an equally puzzled expression.
Ganyu blinks a few more times.
"Aether," she says slowly. "Are you… catching fish with your bare hands?"
Aether does video game things while other characters watch with growing bewilderment.
