Summary
The cana have sat down around the campfire, John said. It seems Lorick and them have been talking. “Talking about what?” Arthur asked, voice carelessly loud, seemingly too distracted with his food.
“The Killing Thing,” one cana said. “We have told Lorick about the Killing Thing.” John felt something close to fear sneaking up inside of him. Nothing called the Killing Thing could be good news, he thought. Better to let that one rest.
“The what?” Arthur asked and John had to keep from rolling his eyes.
Arthur and John stay with Lorick and some other cana after escaping the pits. The cana tell them the story of a fearsome monster stalking the Dreamlands.

Summary
"Smart one, aren't we?" His own voice said to him. "I hope you're quicker on the uptake when talking to Arthur, no need to make this even more difficult on him."
The voice, his voice, his mind unhelpfully repeated, sounded weird when he said the human's name. Wistful almost, weirdly concerned sounding and something else he couldn't quite pin down.
It was enough though for him to connect the dots.
You're him, he said. You're John. A laugh, seemingly echoing in his head. "Yes," the voice said. "I am John."
(As Arthur sleeps after the events of episode 21, Yellow has a conversation with a voice inside his head about him. It doesn't go the way Yellow expects it to.)
