A beyond strained mother - daughter relationship attempting to heal with the help of grandchildren’s love. There is a swirling, concoction ready to combust at the smallest amount of pressure.
So, what happens when JJ and Emily get called away for work before the visit can even fully get started? Is leaving their very young daughters in JJ’s mother’s care, so close to such an emotional anniversary a good idea?
