Summary
It all started with reading a newspaper to his brother and escalated from there. How was he supposed to know a news article would trigger a world changing hyperfixation? But perhaps just as he was reborn, this too was fate, Luffy was meant to be Pirate King, just as Levi was meant to be his brother and join him in his journey.
Everything would align and make sense one day, he was sure of it.

Luffy was always unpredictable, and Drazo learned early on how to adapt to each situation his brother dragged them into. Over the last 17 years he planned and trained for them to reach cannon, his presence was not all that special, Luffy still left the island, left his brothers, to roam the seas.
His brother was still going to become the Pirate King, and beat people up.
Everything was going to be alright.

A circular lab bordered by cells containing only two dead-eyed kids, and an absolute mess of blood and body matter soaking the floor and walls. ‘Poor souls, they just entered at the worst time possible.’ That was his first thought before he looked up and saw the intruder. He froze.
Fluffy, spotted hat, large sword (nodachi?), raven hair, golden eyes surveying the room.
‘Trafalgar Law!?’
