Summary
Months after the horrifying origins of the genocidal Has-mar virus became known throughout the galaxy, Romulan and Vulcan survivors band together to form a peaceful political movement. Their shared goal: to reunify the remaining members of both races and resettle on the Vulcan homeworld, which has been renamed Ni’Var. However, not all of the Romulan survivors support the reunification efforts, and if the recent terrorist attack on Starbase 157 is anything to go by…not all of the Romulan survivors support peace between Terrans and what remains of the once-great Romulan Empire.
This is a direct sequel to The Survivor’s Guide to Hungry Ghosts. It is not a stand-alone story.

Summary
It wasn’t the first time a routine away mission went unexpectedly sideways, and it wouldn’t be the last. However, the lessons Captain Kirk learned from the events on Lenorax II would remain with him for the rest of his life, and remind him of something he should never have forgotten in the first place. A prompt fill for 2026 K/S Spring Fever.

Summary
As a child, Spock had learned about vrekasht, Vulcans exiled from their community and the warmth of communal connections. This was typically done as punishment for some crime committed upon the collective—murder, for instance. As Spock, too, had committed murder: his new status as vrekasht was a fitting punishment for his crime.
A prompt fill for the 2026 Spring Fever event.

Summary
During the events of The Paradise Syndrome, Spock goes without food or sleep for two months to focus his efforts on retrieving the missing captain. This coda focuses on the consequences of pushing even Vulcan physiology to such punishing extremes.
Written for a 2026 K/S Spring Fever prompt fill.

Summary
After the second five-year mission, Kirk and Spock are enjoying their well-earned domestic bliss when Saavik comes home to her fathers bearing big news…she’s engaged to be married! Her new betrothed and his family want to meet the new in-laws, but there’s a catch: they have no idea Saavik was raised by the famous James T. Kirk and his first officer Spock, and she would like to keep it that way—at least for now. What could possibly go wrong?
The story is a light-hearted and loving homage to the 1996 film, The Birdcage, which was inspired by the 1978 film La Cage aux Folles, which was itself inspired by the 1973 play of the same name.
This is a prompt fill for the 2026 K/S Spring Fever event.

The Wrath of Harold: Star Trek/Stephen King AU by Zelda_Bird
Fandom Star Trek, Star Trek: The Original Series
01 Jan 2026
Summary
This is a collection of Star Trek stories in which the antagonists are written in the style of Stephen King. The Star Trek characters and the universe itself are otherwise canonical.
Now you might be asking, “why Harold”? In the original script for Space Seed, the character we came to know as Khan Noonian-Singh was instead a Nordic man named “Harold Erickson.”
This fact, along with Stephen King’s prodigious oeuvre, inspired this alternate universe in which Kirk, Spock, Bones, and the rest of the Enterprise crew face off against shining vampires, a telepath named Harold, a traumatized telekinetic prom queen, and other unimaginable horrors.
The first story takes the place of the TOS episode Space Seed. The sequel includes The Wrath of Khan and The Search for Spock.
