    "Noctis?" Cor repeats, and then there's the creaking of a chair as Cor gets down on the floor too, his face peering under the desk at Noct as he kneels on the carpet.

    He's gonna have to. "I'm—" he begins, only he can't, he can't he can't he can't, he can't say it even one more time. "I'm not okay," he says instead, and then surprises them both when he suddenly bursts into tears.

    After defending Insomnia from an attack, Regis falls into a coma, and is unable to have visitors. Noct does his best to cope, but it's getting harder and harder to pretend to everyone that he's okay. When it finally becomes too much for him, Cor is there to help him through it.
