Summary
Perseus Jackson has walked the pit for years, just doing what he had too to survive. Despite it's... unfriendly disposition to the demigod, he could count on it being consistent. Monster attack here, Hellhound pup to befriend there, brutal stab wound to treat before he went to sleep almost every night even further over there. Consistent. Until a flash of blonde hair drew his attention to a small party of beings trekking through his territory. The titan was pretty noticeable too.
Basically, a "what if" where Percy was born earlier, and fell into the Pit after an undisclosed event(It's a spoiler). Will he help Annabeth leave the Pit? Will he even want to leave the only place he's ever known?(spoilers, yes. because I can't write detailed environments to save my life lol) Read along as Percy leaves the Pit to discover old friends and new!
(Probably will only be 3-4 chapters cause i suck at sticking to series, but hell i'll try to keep on it for as long as i can lol) -

I usually put an excerpt here of the story, but figured I'd change it up this time
Blind Persephone Jackson will do anything to keep her makeshift family alive, even inserting herself into a war that has nothing to do with her to keep a family in power she couldn't care less about. How will her motivations change now that her mother isn't her anchor? (and if I keep on the story for long enough) How will her Hellhound pack react to a certain goddess stealing her away?
I have so many stories I should be writing instead, pray for me.
TW for Passive Suicidal ideation, This may evolve into Active Suicidal Intent at some point, I'm not entirely sure where I'm going with this story. story outlines are for nerds.

Perse’s tears froze to her face, her breath visible against the cold air. “I’m so cold.” her voice was almost non-existent, as if she was still a 5 year old getting yelled at for cleaning something wrong. She was so tired of the cold. “I just want to feel warm again.” she sobbed.
A female Percy Jackson, gets fucked up in the roman era! featuring a motherly Artemis just doing her best, an overprotective Zoe ready to kick some ass, and set in the modern day!(eventually, perse's born in the roman era, there's a process, trust it.)

A quick angsty reunion between Percy and Calypso. I absolutely hated how Rick did it, any guilt Percy felt about The Gods not keeping their promise would have gone out the window the moment Calypso cursed Annabeth.
Feels a little rushed, but I wrote this in like 30 minutes instead of working on my other fic so.. It was rushed.
