Each day, Kaveh is transferred to a different parallel reality, and in every single one of those, he and Alhaitham are together:
Waking up in Alhaitham’s arms felt more familiar on the third day. By the fourth, it was fully expected and, by the fifth, he found himself snuggling into those warm arms and sometimes smiling at the “Good morning, sweetheart,” before reminding himself of the situation and sitting down a very confused Alhaitham for a very confusing conversation. Suddenly the fuzziness in Hajime’s head about the figure skater vanishes as he comprehends what he had just said. “What? But Aiko-san didn’t say anything about you renting out the whole rink.”
“I was assuming no one else would use the rink so early so I didn’t bother, but I was wrong so now I have to rent it for the morning.”
“But I’m already here! You just can’t change your mind.”
“Why not?”
Hajime scoffs in disbelief. “You know what, you can do whatever you want but I’m staying to train whether you like it or not.”
Iwaizumi Hajime is training to improve his mobility on ice and meets a certain figure skater that gets on his nerves, Oikawa Tooru.
