Hueningkai has always loved music, it followed him like a persistent bee buzzing in his ear, one that always remained a constant in his life despite the ever-so evolving teenage life of squeezing in band practice in a crappy cheap studio along with his ever-so loud friends and dealing with the horrible social life of being apart of the “losers” group at high school the next morning. His friends live a similar life to his, maybe that’s why they all gravitated towards one another. Though, there’s something Kai keeps from his little clique of losers.
A bundle of emotions wrapped tightly with a bright red bow crumpled in the pit of his stomach, a name etched in his heart that read; “Choi Soobin”.
He’s both a loser, and a lover.
And Soobin might just fit the same criteria.OR

Hueningkai began to notice Soobin’s health decline for quite a while. That's why he encouraged Soobin to request for a long awaited break, even if it’s ahead of schedule, Soobin desperately needed it. His tired eyes, lack of sleep, and body fatigue caught up while Kai noticed every single sign. He never left Soobin’s side. But now, being on tour without him doesn’t feel the same. It isn’t just missing their leader, Kai’s gut swirls in despair without him. That’s not normal.

“I just wanted to check up on you,” Woonhak says earnestly. This whole thing is so odd, especially the way his voice is tinged with pity instead of its usual exuberance. “I love you just like I love Jaehyun hyung—you know that already—so I know the breakup must be hard for you too-”
Sungho’s heart free falls into the depths of his stomach. “Break up?" he splutters. Is that why Jaehyun hasn’t replied to him? A one-sided break-up?
In other words: Sungho—raised to make well-made plans, to only act with utmost precision and calculation, and to be nothing short of absolute perfection—learns love means going heart first and taking a risk sometimes.

“I guess.” Sungho said. “Do you have anyone in mind, Leehan?”
“To talk to?”
“Someone you find intriguing?”
“Hm,” He made it a point to touch his kin softly, trying to act like he’s thinking about it. “That Taesan guy seems interesting.”
“Leehan…” Sungho whispered. “You can’t be serious. Him? Out of everyone?”
Leehan nodded.
“Let him try.” Riwoo pushed Sungho’s shoulder.
Leehan knew Taesan was the craziest option. He was crowned one of the most dangerous weapons of the fire nation, ignored by most and avoided at all costs. He talked to no one and honestly, Leehan was almost convinced he was a figment of his imagination, the way he was never actually there. Leehan wasn’t sure where the boy was hiding and he wasn’t sure how Yoongi allowed him to, but he was intrigued. He wanted to talk to him, to see what he’s like. To see how he talked, how he moved.
