COMPLETED - Being cared for isn't the same as being loved. Being controlled isn't the same as being safe. Mounted on a wall, stripped of everything, Vox learns these truths the hard way—dependent on the very people he once commanded. Power, like love, requires letting go of control. What comes after isn't redemption. It's reconstruction. Some foundations can't be repaired—they have to be burned to the ground and built differently from the bottom up.

Valentino and Velvette have put up with you for years. Every little quirk, every little outburst, every little thing. But this? This was too far.
You're given a proposition: leave, and you'll get a new body, as well as a completely fresh identity to start anew.
With nowhere else to go, you will find yourself at the doorstep of the place you swore up and down was a scam. And you will start anew.

So when Vox acts like it never happened, Velvette and Valentino realize he may need more help than he's letting on.
Luckily for all of them, there’s a Hotel for this sort of thing.
