Hannibal’s lips twitch upwards at the question. “Dear Will, if we were in a relationship, I would not merely observe you. I would covet you. I would obsess over you.” Hannibal says. His voice drops to a low whisper, his breath caressing him before a large hand reaches up to cup Will’s jaw. “That is, if you would let me.”
