Originally inspired by this prompt at the kink meme: Mirror!McCoy isn't part of Star Fleet, he's just a doctor, who happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when Mirror!Kirk is hurt. The Mirror!Crew kidnaps McCoy, who saves Kirk's life and afterwards, Kirk decides to keep McCoy for personal and professional reasons.
Deviates pretty much from the very first line, however - because of course Jim insisted on being involved in the kidnapping effort.

Erik hears, his eyes search the space and land on the mirror in panic and fury.
Christine stares at him, her mouth dropping open as she struggles for words. Slowly, she takes in his appearance: hair wild, pupils blown. She must know what he’d been doing. She must realise.
Her eyes, shining in the candlelight, flick between him and Erik who stands between them, watching, looking ready for murder, and none too unhappy with the thought.
Raoul knows that any movement he makes towards Christine will likely be his last, but he doesn’t look in Erik’s direction at all.
He is, as he has always been, watching Christine, and offering himself to her.
