He was merely intrigued and slightly suspicious of the old man who lived across the street from their house, the infamous Pound Charlotte. A cranky old man who looked as haunted as his precious house he so viciously protected. Child or not, he raged at anyone and anything that even took a step on his lawn. And no one got that violent unless they were hiding something…dark. Something no one else could see.

It doesn’t work out that way, because nothing ever does. There’s undercover cops stationed outside of the hotel room where Mike’s supposed to do this, and Trevor isn’t answering his fucking phone, so all he can do is run. And he might've gotten away, too, if he hadn't run head-first into some short, balding guy holding a fucking cat in his arms like it's a human child.
-Mike gets arrested carrying a briefcase filled with weed. He's not interested in having a public defender - he's not interested in lawyers, period. He's definitely not interested in one in a fancy suit with a rod up his ass who thinks quoting movies is enough to build rapport. Joke's on him, though, because Harvey doesn't even really want to represent him, either.

Louis had dragged Mike by the scruff of his neck to see a client after-hours - a middle-aged and quite frankly drop-dead gorgeous woman named Talia Grayson who just so happened to be a self-proclaimed psychic. Somehow Mike had been both bamboozled and hoodwinked into having his future predicted or something. He’s not entirely sure what happened, but he’s sure there were tarot cards on the table whilst Louis smiled his Cheshire-cat smile across from him.
It's all shits and giggles until he finds himself living the same day over and over again with absolutely no means to get out.

However, when Mike sees the man Harvey is trying to close, he realises that 1. his theory of cursed dinners is true, and 2. Harvey will certainly not be closing that deal.
In other words, Harvey tries to kill Mike by placing him on a table with his highschool nightmare.
