Summary
When Stede meets a stranger at the zoo, he realizes that every time they touch, time stops. Or, not quite stops, just… becomes slow.
This throws a spanner in his post-divorce plan of a self-care-focused November, especially when he discovers that he cannot stray too far from Ed’s side. But Ed is content to join in on his plan. With a November filled up by ice skating, fruit-picking, beachgoing, hiking, sailing, and other enjoyable activities, it’s inevitable that they will grow closer… and despite the existential crisis caused by their newfound ability, they may just find that this November brings the answer to their dearest wishes.

Summary
Ed focused on keeping his breathing steady. This is ridiculous, a voice in his mind said. You cannot be this weak-kneed over holding hands with this guy. You’re motherfucking Blackbeard. And you aren’t even holding hands! He gulped but held still. He couldn’t pull away, not when Stede’s hand was on top. That would be rude.
After becoming co-captains, Ed is determined to woo Stede like a proper gentleman deserves. Only he isn't entirely sure how, and Ed is terrified of ruining their friendship in the process. Just as the lovebirds are nearly on the same page, Calico Jack arrives and throws a wrench into all of Ed's plans. Now they're on the run from the British and will have to stay alive long enough to get the chance to tell each other how they truly feel.
(This is a romance novel, first and foremost.)

Summary
The Revenge spots a drifting, seemingly abandoned ship. Is it haunted, overrun by demons, or full of vampire-mermaids? Probably none of the above, Ed and Stede think, though some of the crew have different ideas. There does seem to be something wrong about that ship though. It warrants some investigation.
This is a ghost story/horror genre (not too scary) multi-chapter story set in the wonderful Co-Captains time before everything went to hell. This story is now complete.

Ed cracks a most delightful grin and puts his hand on his heart. “Tell you what, if I die before you, promise I’ll come back and haunt the fuck outta you, mate.”
“That would be absolutely lovely. Thank you.”
Ed laughs again and Stede watches his face light up. His eyes are adjusting to the dark, and he can see the outline of Ed’s features again, and can catch the flash of white teeth. Stede could swear that when Ed tosses his head laughing, the faint light from the moon and stars flows like water through the silver in his hair.
