Written for Lovely, Dark, and Deep: Malevolent Fairytale Zine
Retelling of the fairytale ‘Hans who made the princess laugh’
Prince Arthur has been saddened so deeply by the passing of his daughter, Princess Faroe, that the kingdom has been shrouded by cloud and melancholy every hour since her passing. The townspeople regularly gather beneath the towers of the castle, trying to get Arthur’s attention and trying to cheer him up, but nothing works, and their attempts only succeed in making him sadder. John Doe, a baker from the edge of the town might be the only one who can make Prince Arthur laugh again.

Summary
Arthur and John have found themselves getting a little bit of a break for once, and they’ve rented out a small apartment in New York for themselves. Domestic bliss ensues, and there is no real plot other than just detailing their day to day activities while getting to be happy!!
I don’t know long long this will be but uh, I’m having fun with it!
Note: I have completely left this fic unfinished, but it is a fluff fic with barely any plot, so if you wanna read, don't be scared of the unfinishedness! I will hopefully get around to wrapping it up or pumping out a few more chapters eventually, but for now I'm writing other things! <3

Summary
After loosing his partner and his eyesight in an accident at his PI job, Arthur Lester has decided to go to university to get a criminology degree and go into law enforcement legitimately. At the beginning of his second year of the course, he meets John Doe, a second year Art Major, and throughout the course of the semester, Arthur finds himself going into campus far more than he ever has in the past, and John realises he’s found his muse in Arthur.
Arthur’s friend Oscar, and John’s friend Noel also join the boys on campus some days, and they find better friends in each other than they have perhaps ever had in the past.
