Summary
The World Hero Association has a plan for morale-boosting after Kamino. A concert with the best entertainers, but since the Japan HPSC is taking care of the venue and such, it is the perfect opportunity to discover skeletons in their closet. WHA knows that the HPSC won't go down without a fight. Which is the reason why WHA has legally trained several able investigators, most of them known to the world as idols and rockstars. Their mission is to get dirt on the HPSC.
Toya todoroki likes his life right now, even if he had to do some dangerous missions as per his contract. He was enjoying it until his abusive dad became the new number one hero and his band is tasked with going back to Japan for a concert while conducting a mission to get dirt on the HPSC. With a potential hero investigation looming on the horizon, toya has to confront his father once and for all.
Hawks is tired, he hates the HPSC. But since they employed him he can't fight back, so he'll fight back by being as difficult as possible. But his plans and life came to a standstill when he meets Toya Himura, or Toya Todoroki, his idols eldest son. There's a secret there, with the potential to change his life, for the better or worse.

Summary
