“What do I want?” Enoshima blinks. “I don’t want anything, Harukawa-san.”
“Then why…” Harukawa breathes. “Why? Why tell me at all? Why not…” Why not continue to keep the secret? Why not hold it in confidence on her own, if she’s so comfortable doing so, if it doesn’t bother her what Harukawa is? Why?
Enoshima cups her cheek in her hand. “Because… I like you, Harukawa-san.” She gets to her feet with this little smile, her perfect skin flushing rosy. “You’re so… interesting. I’ve been watching you for a while, and it’s so interesting the way you do your job, the way you talk to your friends—I don’t understand how you can keep it all together, how you can keep being you all the time. That’s just so interesting. I want to know everything about you.”

Summary
