His sleeping problems began sometime after Abigail’s death, Rain remembers: the fear of seeing her death through nightmares, however she did go, kept him awake until morning. Usually, he combats his sleeplessness by simply wandering until he’s about to pass out, which is close enough to sleeping.
Nowadays, however, since retrieving two End Crystals for the Frostbourne, his aptly named “roaming hours” have increased.
And the beckoning of the Crystals, trying to coax him to listen, only grows louder every passing night.
_______________I don't really like this fic, was kinda lazy with it. I think I just wanted to write smth before focusing on another Netherbane fic project, and this was born.

Kane doesn’t particularly like Lance. He thinks it’s obvious by this point.
He believes he’s justified in his decision; petty, maybe, but really, what’s the appropriate reaction to discovering the guy you helped kill nearly seven years ago isn’t exactly dead, albeit in the form of a small amphibian now?
The answer is sealing said not-dead-guy-who’s-supposed-to-be-dead in a jar to keep an eye on him, then begrudgingly and aggressively stabbing holes in the lid for air because Rain told him to because Stella asked and because Ciara threatened him to because Stella asked and because Stella asked him to because well—it’s Stella.
_______________Set after Eternal, sometime before the last four episodes of s3 because for the life of me, I could not figure out how to abbreviate the episode names.
CG recommends reading her Nightmares/Poison AU Rewrite for context between Kane and Lance, but hey, go in blind, tell me how it goes.

Apollo had looked significantly more tired; skittish, even. It grew worse when Lance proposed weaponising the End Crystals against the Nether and Overworld.
Amidst their objections, Skylor had noticed Apollo with a faraway gaze; fear. But the sight was brief, and Apollo had seemed to return from wherever his thoughts had been to shake his head disappointedly at Lance.
Skylor is the leader of the Gatekeepers; ruler of the Gateways. The portals she and her people look after stand for travel, for liberty.
Apollo is the End's Oracle of the Skies; ruler of the Moon Kingdom. His gift from the gods is rare, and when he was first crowned, solitude was presented to him as protection.
Was it so strange that they got along?

But it is not as easy as it sounds, as the sickness brings back a string of unpleasant memories for Tony, which is yet to me resolved.Or the one, where Tony gets swallowed by the Lock Ness Monster and ends up performing an invasive endoscopy with doctor Strange.
