Ragh ran his hands through his hair, one last time.
Tracker held hers (calloused and strong and as steady as ever) on the whirring razor, kneeling on the ground to get a better vantage point. She gave him a soft look, one that he couldn’t quite decipher, but it folded over into a sharp-toothed smile when he nodded at her.
It was a dusty sort of summer morning, one in which the air was all hazy from the pollen of long-unearthed flowers and the last of the spring mist, and Ragh’s hair had gotten long again.
Or; Ragh deals with some of his lingering trauma with the help of Tracker.

Summary
It was just hard to put on a brave face when it felt like Sora could feel every square inch of pressure resting squarely on his shoulders. How could he save the station in a few hours, when they’d been trying for years?
The reef spread out before them on the large screen, bubbles floating up every so often; it was a tapestry of bright colors: mustard yellows and bright red peaks of cauliflower corals intermixed with vibrant lionfish and schools of rainbow-and-silver triggerfish, complete with the freshly risen sun splashed across across the sandy depths of the sea floor in wide rivers of light.
If they failed, today, Sora thought, it could be his last chance to see it.
So...they just wouldn’t fail. That was what he would choose to believe.

(Or: Sora, Riku, and Kairi are marine biologists banding together to try and save an undersea research station, Sora is oblivious, Riku & Kairi are up to something...and also, there are sea slugs. So many sea slugs.)

The only thing worse than all keyblade masters disappearing, sans Riku, is watching his best friend choose someone else. Like the universe is unraveling inside and outside of him, an internal and external enemy.

Jecka goes to college and Nicole actually maybe kinda misses her and also actually maybe is kinda really gay for her. But Nicole hates feelings and it's a hell of a lot easier to push Jecka away than it is to hope for something good.
