Summary
There is only one attacker left whose neck Hannibal snaps with a sharp, practiced motion, and then it is quiet again. Will spits on the ground and turns to face him.
”This wasn’t what I had in mind,” he says, studying their carnage.
”Both of us knew they were coming, Will.”
“Not today. Not here.”
(or, post-fall, Will and Hannibal are attacked, and Hannibal reflects)

Summary
“Achilles and Patrocles,” Will muses. “You realize that’s quite the loaded analogy?”
“I am familiar with classical mythology, Will.”
“Alana said that our relationship doesn’t seem to know many boundaries. She wasn’t wrong.”
(or, Hannibal and Will before Mizumono)

Summary
Fury runs beneath Will’s skin like poison through his bloodstream. Suddenly, he wants more than anything to see Hannibal hurt. He wants to see that false indifference ripped away like they’ve ripped organs from living bodies. He needs to watch him crumble.
“On your knees,” he says.
“Will—“
“I said,” Will snarls, “on your knees.”
(or, Hannibal flirts with a pretty stranger at the bar, and Will decides to put him in his place.)
