Summary
Many children nowadays are born with latent powers as a result of the Incheon Power Plant disaster. We have named these new variants Mutants, and would like to work towards a peaceful future of coexistence. Those who jeopardise it will be sent to the new rehabilitation centre in Incheon.
After enduring extensive bullying and discrimination, Jang Kyujin can't take it anymore and snaps. Sent to the Incheon Rehabilitation Facility for Mutants, Kyujin must uncover it's hidden secrets and escape, or risk a fate worse than death.
