"Isn't that what old married couples buy from you to spice things up?"
Louis frowns and opens his mouth to tell Harry off, but then he catches his absolutely dreamy expression and can only laugh. "Yes dear, we're just like any middle-aged married couple. Except for the fact that we're in our twenties and have a box full of bondage gear under our bed."
Two years after meeting in a sex shop, Harry's just returning to Louis from a month-long tour in the States, and they come up with a wholesome bonding exercise.

One Direction broke up five years ago, but there was always the bungalow.
(Or: Louis, Liam, Niall, and Zayn keep tradition and visit the bungalow every year. They don't speak much outside of that long weekend, and there's always an air of unfamliarity, like maybe it's just for show now, but the four of them refuse to accept that fate. There's also something, someone, missing, and, though he never shows up, Harry always leaves cold beer in the fridge and a key under the mat. Until one year when the door is unlocked and there's a deep red convertible Jag parked in the drive.)

She gets closer and closer each time and it's like the initial awkwardness is fading away. It's comfortable, easy, Louis' cheek on the soft material of Liam's pyjama bottoms, Liam's hand in Louis' hair when she's not busy typing. Liam can see all the ache inside starting to permeate through her skin, into the corners of her eyes and her expressive mouth. It’s nearing six o’clock in the evening, and despite the fact that it’s summer, the aquarium has emptied out considerably and it’s quiet as Louis wanders the exhibits. A few people try to ask him questions as he wanders, but Louis knows less about the creatures in the tanks than they do, so he keeps having to apologize and explain that he’s just a counselor, not a biologist.
AKA, Louis starts a new job as a summer camp counselor at the local aquarium and Harry is a biologist who really likes teaching people about the ocean.
