In-ho wasn’t sure about that. Maybe it was dormant, retracted, but he did not believe that it was completely gone. It couldn’t be. He led Gi-hun back to his room without another word, not willing to investigate why Gi-hun’s last response was so unsettling.

After the rebellion, In-ho doesn't put Gi-hun back into the Games. But after it's made clear that Gi-hun's life is in danger, In-ho takes him to a different island to keep him safe. As they live together and learn more about each other, their relationship develops to new levels of intimacy that In-ho wasn't prepared for, levels that threaten to destroy everything In-ho has built up around him.
This is In-ho's perspective. Simultaneous companion piece to "Lost in the Game".

Roy was just a day or two out from his rut and he was absolutely miserable.
Hawkeye had taken one look at him in the morning and then sent him back home, telling him that she wasn’t going to put up with his shit until his rut was done. She gave him a handkerchief with her scent on it, the familiarity soothing, and then basically kicked him out of the office.
So, he worked from home and just wallowed in it.
