Summary
The pair had discussed the use of aphrodisiacs not too long before. Well, if you could call that being receptive to teasing during foreplay. Ryoshu had brought it up to fluster the knight, though she was way more enthusiastic about it than she thought. The idea was stuck in her head since.
Don Quixote, herself, already had a fairly high sex drive, though she’d refuse to admit it if asked out of sheer embarrassment. She was always happy to give Ryoshu access to her body, no matter how humiliating or painful her requests could get, happily taking them and even pitching some of her own.
The facts above combined were driving the swordswoman insane. If she was already so eager to be used, just how far could she push her by making her extra needy?

It’s not exactly like they’d been hiding their relationship from the rest, Don Quixote certainly wasn’t, but nobody pried into their business — mostly due to Ryoshu’s intimidating nature. The blonde would often be cheesy around her, even in front of others, but the smoker remained stoic and cold with little to no visible change at the actions.
All of this is to say that none of them expected to end up with intoxication causing them to end up making out on the barstools, the artist almost fully undoing the dreamer’s button-up and slipping her hands into her almost bare chest — the blonde’s arms wrapped around her back as she did so, in front of everyone. They were being incredibly noisy, too. Nobody wanted them there at that point and not even Dante volunteered to take them to the Mephistopheles to make sure they didn’t die on the way back.

Green doesn't want Orange to die, even after they obviously killed Lime, so they devise plan after plan to keep them from leaving into the airlock. But they start to regret it, finding out not long after Orange is insane. Very... very insane. Can be read as either platonic or romantic.

It's really a lot of fun to watch your crewmates get picked off one by one to die slow, painful deaths while being completely unable to help because you're a stupid ghost. Honestly, 10/10 recommend. Great experience. Would cry again.

LCB stands for Limbus Company Bus, 5 is for Sinner Number 5 (also known as Meursault), and 17 designates this as the seventeenth document taken in by this specific department. In this document, Meursault and Dante have a meeting regarding the usage (and potential ramifications of said usage) of Meursault's new identity, The Thumb East Capo IIII. Given that he is based on Lei Heng in this Mirror World, in Meursault's mind, something is guaranteed to go wrong if Ryoshu finds out. Dante, unbelievably, does not understand that potentially using IDs based on people the Sinners know and are still traumatized over in some way is most likely a bad idea for company morale.
(A comedic commentary on how awkward Mephistopheles's ID selection has to be when it comes to the Sinners.)
