He says the last part in English, his tone brash and so insanely provocative that Nam-gyu might faint.
Or: Nam-gyu is Thanos’ sidekick; his dog, his plaything, whatever words the other players want to run their mouths off with. What matters is that Nam-gyu is owned, and he’ll happily play into it.

Nam-gyu shakes his head. Chuckling. “He'd probably find a way to fuck that up, too.” Then, unable to help himself, he adds, “plus, he’s not really all that attractive. You know? I mean—“ Nam-gyu makes a circular gesture around his face, sneering like a schoolgirl when he clarifies, “—physically. Don’t you think you could do better?”
“What about you?” Thanos asks, seriously, something darker lacing his tone. “You down for it?”
Slowly, Nam-gyu’s eyes fall from Thanos’ face. Something flashes in them, like he’s been depriving himself of something he’s been wanting. It’s that starry gaze he had when he caught whiff of Thanos’ pills. Hungry for a taste. Teething his bottom lip, trying to contain a grin, Nam-gyu nods.
That wasn’t too hard, Thanos thinks.

Nam-gyu cleans his lips and chin with the back of his hand, narrowing his eyes. Thanos is not even looking at him; does he expect him to just keep going while being blatantly ignored? “Pay attention to me, then.”
Thanos looks taken aback by his words, but that expression soon morphs into something playful as he smirks. “Oh, I am.”
Nam-gyu looks at him, then at the phone in his hand, and he can’t believe he’s just noticing now that the camera lenses are pointing down right at him.
Oh. He’s recording this.
