So, yeah. Yesterday’s mission is still crawling around in his head, and he can’t stop replaying the moment Suguru’s curse clamped around the special grade. It's probably just morbid curiosity, though. Nothing weird going on here. Satoru’s hands start to feel clammy—must be warm in the classroom. He tries to distract himself by counting the wrinkles in his sensei’s forehead, but loses count at forty-three.
He wonders what it would be like to be held that tightly. The wrap of pressure, the deliberate mapping of every inch of muscle and bone. He’s got a pretty solid theory that Suguru could immobilise him in half a second if he really tried. Maybe less—and oh. He’s thinking about the tentacles again.

BSD ghost hunting (Sam and Colby?) AUA small town in Japan has always been known for attracting ghost hunters for years. Mostly for an abandoned asylum in the woods. But no one really knows how it even got there. But who cares? Let those teens explore it and the squatters live there. It's far enough from the town that no one cares. Until a “ghost", or the police don't believe it is a ghost, pushed a man down a fleet of stairs and the man died from a concussion.
The police tried to reason that it wasn't a ghost. But a group of teens were able to show video proof that the man had been pushed but nothing was there.
So with nothing left to do after searching for any solid proof it was a person or the man fell, the police call the Ghost Hunting Agency.
Now two young ghost hunters, Atsushi Nakajima and Ryuunosuke Akutagawa, go to investigate. But they find out more than just the truth behind a man's murder…
But the hidden history of the mysterious building
