“Oh uh yeah sorry. Early morning. You know how it is,” Jayce laughed awkwardly as he wrestled his clothes out of the dryer.

Summary
Ah, the current moment. Stumbling through the crowds of people, Jayce definitely pulling a face similar to that of a dog who is about to throw up on nice wooden flooring. His childhood cat often did something similar, leaving behind hidden piles of the most vile conglomerations of hair balls and half digested fish. “Oh Gods, stop thinking about throwing up. Don’t throw up. You can’t throw up on the Kiramman’s nice carpet,” Jayce repeats in his head like a mantra, hoping it will hold off his ever turning stomach from betraying his trust in front of all these unassuming rich fucks.

Jayce gets wasted after the Distinguished Innovator's Competition and makes zero attempt at actually sobering up. He makes a fool out of himself and Viktor bears witness to it all.
