He slings his leg across Nicholas’s lap, as if that will help him sap some of Nicholas’s personality off of him. Unbothered by things like the clock. Nicholas’s hand drops to Euijoo’s thigh, fingers curled around the pit of his knee. He rubs Euijoo’s leg idly, tapping his phone with his other hand.
It’s working, Euijoo thinks. The knots in his chest loosen up a bit. The more time he spends entangled with Nicholas, the better he becomes at seeing his life as a whole picture rather than minute details and tasks to complete.

Summary
Fuma always knocks when he comes over, and today isn't an exception. He shuffles in barely three minutes after Nicholas had sent the text—which he doesn't let himself dwell on.
Euijoo also knocks this time—three almost inaudible, cautious knocks. Fuma goes still under him, his hands stay glued onto Nicholas' body, and he thinks he can feel the older man hold his breath.
