Zoro has never really given a thought about the state of his hands. At least not in the way Sanji does. Yes, they’re calloused and rough, and little cuts and scars always seem to mar them, but Zoro has never really taken to really paying attention to them, only when the occasional hangnail plagues him.
But Sanji…
Sanji takes care of Zoro's hands like they were the his own. Almost after every fight, whether it be a small squabble or a raid by another pirate crew or the marines, Sanji will never fail to take Zoro into the washroom and carefully inspect every inch of Zoro’s hands.
