“Spinner,” Shigaraki says, pulling Shuichi from his thoughts. “Level two?”
“Yeah, we can— uh, level two can happen.”
“Okay, let’s go.” Shigaraki says, shutting off the television and standing up. He tosses the controller onto the carpet and picks up his gloves, sliding them onto his hands with ease.
“Wh— now?” Shuichi asks, moving to stand with Shigaraki.
“Unless there’s something else you’d rather be doing.” Shigaraki says, and although his tone is harsh, his eyes are saying… something. Something Shuichi cannot understand, but he wants to.
