Summary
After weeks of preparation, the Quen expedition was to be reunited at Landfall. What wasn't supposed to happen was Rheng staging a mutiny en route that saw Admiral Gerrit and Seyka killed in cold blood. Aloy's world is knocked off-centre at the news, and she's left to pick up the pieces. Worse still, an old foe refuses to stay dead, and it's down to her and her friends to finish them once and for all.
When Seyka washes up on a beach, her first thought is to find Aloy, the woman who quite literally crashed into her life. Her second thought is to run from the massive tideripper chasing her down. OR: A story that starts a little time after the Captain Carter-verse version of the Avengers movie and goes through exactly how Peggy got close enough to Natasha to know about her family. And maybe a little closer still.
